Unlock your Body: Weight, Mood & Sleep in Perimenopause

It usually starts quietly. You wake up at 3:17am. Again. The weight that used to move doesn't budge. Your patience runs thin. Your energy's all over the place. Your doctor runs your labs and says they're "normal," but you know something has shifted. It has a name: perimenopause. Most women don't know there's no single test that confirms it. It's read through your symptoms. So if you're feeling any of these, that's your signal to upgrade your habits for this chapter.Women do great things in the wrong order. Lifestyle comes first. Research shows how you sleep, move and eat can add 10 or more years to your life, whatever your genes. The Well Drop is the podcast for women in midlife who are done with confusion, overwhelm, and chasing the next wellness trend. It's for the woman who wants real perimenopause and menopause answers, and a girlfriend who knows the science to walk her through them. That girlfriend is Amber Berger. She's been testing what works since she was 14. That's 30+ years of living it, so you don't have to guess. Most doctors get fewer than 20 hours of nutrition training in medical school. Amber fills that gap. She's Chief Wellness Advisor at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Fort Lauderdale Beach, a Global Wellness Institute Ambassador, and certified in health coaching, perimenopause support, peptide therapy, fasting and breathwork. It all starts where you spend nearly 90% of your life: indoors, mostly at home. That's where The Well Drop Method begins, a four-part framework built for women and their partners too. Amber calls it Invisible Wellness: designing the air, water and light in your home so you get healthier without trying.Inside, you'll learn:The early signs of perimenopause most women missWhy you're waking up between 2 and 4am, and what helpsWhat's behind midlife weight gain and a slower metabolismHow cortisol and blood sugar connect to your hormonesWhy brain fog and anxiety ramp up in your 40sHow to support your hormones through lifestyleWhen supplements, peptides, HRT, or medical support are worth discussing with your doctorReal, doable steps you can start todayThis is for the woman who's:Tired of the wellness noiseFed up with being dismissedLooking for clarity, not more to-dosReady to be told what actually worksIf you've ever searched:"perimenopause symptoms and solutions""how to balance hormones in midlife""why am I waking up at 3am in my 40s?""midlife weight gain help""brain fog and anxiety in perimenopause""perimenopause hair loss""perimenopause skin changes""longevity for women over 40"…you're in the right place.Midlife isn't the beginning of decline. Loved It!

Loved the episode with Sarah Morgan. I especially liked it when you guys talked about how oral dissolving strips can replace injections for peptides. It made me feel like maybe I can finally get the benefits without having to pretend I’m brave enough for needles. Thank you so much, Amber!

A great person solving a really tough problem

Most of the women in my life and connected to my work in healthcare have been seriously affected by menopause. You’ve given them a trusted place to find guidance and community that can’t be replicated. I’ll keep recommending your podcast to them and appreciate all the work you’re doing for them.

A Powerful Voice for Midlife Women

A powerful and much-needed podcast concept. What stands out is the way it speaks to midlife women with honesty, clarity, and real empathy — not as a trend, but as a lived experience. Amber’s personal story gives the project credibility and depth, while The Well Drop Method makes it feel practical, grounded, and genuinely useful. A strong voice for women who are ready to feel understood, supported, and empowered in this chapter of life.
